Joyce has been working in the Microfinance Banking Industry for more than fourteen years. She has a wealth of experience in Accounting and Administration. She has performed various senior roles in Microfinance Banking from Banking Supervisor, Accounts Supervisor and has vast experience in Operations and Marketing. Joyce joined Kada Poroman Microfinance Ltd in 2008. She is currently an Operations Manager/Marketing & Deposits Manager.

HR Manager has sixteen years in Human Resource practice. Sisily started as an Administration Officer and elevated her way up from different sectors of Human Resource to HR Manager. She was employed by Kada Poroman Microfinance Ltd on the 1st July 2019. She has vast experience in Human Resource and holds a position as HR Manager/Executive Assistant to CEO.
