Kada Poroman Microfinance believes in engaging with the small people in our communities through responsible community obligations and engagements. The delivery of our tailor-structured Financial Literacy Training is a testament of our core values in reaching out to the unreached. In the first two quarters of 2023, KPML has trained and graduated 155 people including youths and women over 4 wards. We also conducted Financial Literacy Training for a disable association, that is, East New Britain Disable Association.

As a responsible bank and a development stakeholder, we continue to help in rolling out the national development agenda of Financial Inclusion. The literacy training is helping our people in the communities with the basic financial knowledge on how to manage their financials and how to start SME enterprises at the micro level.
