Overview of work environment
The overall work ethics within KPML is governed by discipline. As one of KPML sayings “a degree without positive attitude is nothing”. In order to count yourself in as part of the dynamic team, you must have a positive attitude towards life. The Management focuses on staff performances and reward the employees accordingly in due time.
The Management of KPML is currently focusing on a staff development program to enhance staff performances to bring Kada Poroman Microfinance Ltd to a Bank status.
Permanent Employment
Recruitment within KPML is done as and when there are vacancies. Employment of staff is done on merit and the GPAs must be 3.0 and above or with an history of professional experience equivalent to the banking industry
Employees are confirmed on permanent employment after 3-6 months of probation. Staffs are required to strictly comply with the employer’s policies and guidelines.
