KPML 2018 Graduate Development Program (GDP) Aim

The aim of KPML GD Program is to promote young Papua New Guineans specifically from East New Britain, by recognising their potentials in their field of study and providing them with a successful career pathway after university. To take ownership of the Vision and Mission and serve the people of East New Britain. KPML is engaging the Graduates as also part of the Company’s contribution to the community.

Through this three (3) years Program, Graduates will: Obtain Business Knowledge- become knowledgeable of the company operations and background. They will also build knowledge in relation to the practices within the banking industry as well as their individual professional roles.

Eligibility Criteria for GDP

• Bachelor Degree graduate
• Be a citizen of Papua New Guinea
• Have clean disciplinary records
• Strong principal of moral ethics
• Be purposeful and outcome driven
• Able to communicate well and relate to others in a team environment.

The Graduate will need to submit the following when applying:

•  Latest curriculum Vitae
• Transcript for the duration of studies at University
• Copy of Degree Certificate
• Three (3) reliable referees.

The Company has four (4) confirmed graduates within the following field of studies:

• Bachelor of Business Management-Banking & Finance
• Bachelor in Information Technology
• Bachelor of Business Management –Strategic Management
• Bachelor Degree in Economics
